Jonathan Kneebone is co-founder of The Glue Society, a collective of writers, artists and directors, based out of studios in Sydney, Wellington and London. The Glue Society’s work encompasses everything from developing and directing commercial films, digital and experiential projects, broadcast and brand-funded entertainment, to creating artistic commissions as well as self-funded art projects. Among the international awards received over the collective’s twenty years, The Glue Society is rare for having been recognised in equal measure for both concept and craft. At Cannes, the group has received a Titanium Award, four Grands Prix, over 16 Gold Lions as well as a multitude of awards at every international award show. The Glue Society has twice won Australia’s Hotshop of the Year, and has regularly rated as one of the world’s most awarded directors by The Gunn Report.
